  1. Purpose and general issues

By contracting through this website with FABRICE TRENY you will acquire its products or services (detailed in the corresponding section of the website) for a determined price, which is also detailed on its page.

These general conditions of purchase regulate the purchase, through the website www.frulogy.com, of the products and services offered on the website.

The ownership of the website and other general data are indicated in the “Legal notice and privacy” tab, which we recommend you always consult before placing your order.

In order to purchase through the website, the customer must register as a user and accept these General Terms and Conditions, without reservation. The purchase procedure is detailed step by step on the website itself, once the product has been chosen, and consists of:

1º. Choose the product category, in this case the type of fruit.

2º. Visualise the product. You will be able to consult the reference, characteristics and price.

3º. Select the product with the “Add to cart” button and it will automatically be added to the shopping cart. At this point you can continue shopping or go directly to order processing.

4º. You must enter the personal details we require in order to process the order, making sure that they are correct.

5º. View the products you have chosen, your personal details, shipping costs, etc…

6º. You will directly access the PayPal payment platform, bank gateway and/or virtual POS, which right now are the safest ways you can find on the internet.

7º. Confirmation of payment: You will receive an e-mail at the address you provide us with all the information regarding the order you have placed with us.

  1. Capacity to contract

FABRICE TRENY’s products and services are intended for end consumers or retailers, for the customer’s own consumption or for the consumption of persons for whom the customer is responsible.

By entering into this contract, the customer acknowledges that he/she is of legal age and has sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these conditions of purchase.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and that they are yours and not those of third parties.

Our website has sufficient security measures, consisting of SSL Certificate.

 

  1. Shipping and delivery conditions

Once the order has been placed, you will receive the product within the period indicated on the website and at the address indicated in the purchase process.

Please ensure that someone is at home on the day of delivery, as these are perishable products and it is not good for them to be stored in a warehouse for long periods of time.

 

  1. Prices

The mere browsing of this website is completely free of charge.

The price of each product and details of taxes and shipping costs (where applicable) are indicated on the website itself, in the section corresponding to the product catalogue.

Prices are payable upon confirmation of the order by the customer.

FABRICE TRENY guarantees the price established on the day you placed your order, regardless of the day of delivery, even if the initial offer or price is not in force at that time.

FABRICE TRENY may unilaterally modify the prices of the products on its website at any time and without prior notice, as well as suspending or cancelling their sale temporarily or definitively.

The validity of the offers shall be as stated on the website.

 

The shipping costs are set on the order completion page.

 

  1. Withdrawal and returns.

Due to the fact that our products are highly perishable, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal in exceptional cases regulated in article 45 of Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade with reference to fresh foodstuffs. In other words, products cannot be returned.

However, in the event that one of the products arrives in a clearly damaged condition, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order in order to arrange for a refund or a new order to be sent to you.

We are not responsible if the order cannot be delivered because of the buyer. Similarly, if the order is delayed or arrives in poor condition due to the buyer, it is the buyer who assumes responsibility.

The following forms of payment are accepted:

With Paypal payment, you have the guarantee that this increasingly popular payment system in our country offers security and ease of payment. There are no additional costs for the order.

– Stripe entity gateway.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute or conflict that may arise, the consumer expressly submits to the Spanish courts.
